Who we are

This website is run by OVERAGE, Matija Frandolic s.p. (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for any personal data you share with us through it.

What we collect

Very little. You can browse this site without telling us who you are. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

If you contact us or order something by email or phone, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address or phone number, and for orders, your delivery address and the details of what you would like.

Why we use it

• to reply to you;
• to take, deliver and invoice your order;
• to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them. We also rely on our email and hosting providers to run the site and receive your messages. Beyond that, we only share your details with others when it is needed to deliver an order (for example a postal or courier service) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for answering you. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Write to overage@overyourage.com and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
